Hathaway Creative Center is a five-story 230,000 SF mixed-use commercial office, multifamily and retail mill conversion in Waterville, Maine. The commercial space is anchored by MaineGeneral Health, a full-service medical provider with locations throughout the state of Maine. Located on the Kennebec River, Hathaway is less than two miles from I-95.
