The B&O Building is a 230,000 SF mixed-use office, retail, warehouse and art storage building located in the West Chelsea Historic District of New York, New York. Built by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company in 1913, The B&O Building is situated with direct access to the West Side Highway and Hudson River Park. The property is just five blocks south of Hudson Yards, the nation’s largest private development. NRC affiliate, Bulgroup Properties, has owned and operated the building since 1982, and has operated Bedrock Mini Storage in the building for over 35 years. In that time, Bulgroup has repurposed more than half of the building from mini storage to higher and better uses responding to the growing demand and changing community in and around West Chelsea. Today, the B&O Building is home to NRC’s Headquarters, and additional tenants including art bookstore, Printed Matter, and fitness concept, The Limit.
