The Browne Trading Building is a 17,500 SF mixed-use office, retail and warehouse building located in the heart of the Commercial Fishing District of Portland, Maine. It is fully occupied by the Browne Trading Company— one of America’s most respected seafood and caviar suppliers. They operate both their commercial supply business and a high-end retail marketplace out of their Commercial Street facility. Browne Trading is located at the entrance to Merrill’s Wharf, and adjacent to the NRC-owned Merrill’s Wharf Building. The Browne Trading Building has been owned and operated by NRC since 2011.
